Known versions of Mac: Mac OS 10.7 & 10.8 appear to have this issue. Issue: When installing the printer and then going into the Add a printer function, it does not detect the printer driver. When selecting the printer manually, there are no printers in the list. The list is completely empty.
Rebooting the computer should fix this. If it does not cmd alt p r will restart the PRAM and should fix the issue.
