Save your .TXT file to the root of your drive (normally C:\) then go into command prompt. Once in command prompt change directories to c:\ by typing: cd c:\ then hit the enter key. Once the prompt shows C:\ then type the following command substituting the ip address with the machines IP address and substitute the file name .txt with the file name you saved your command as.

The command is as follows
Lpr -S ip address -P lp file name.txt
