Models: All MFPs that have PCFAX for 32 & 64 bit Windows Server 2008

Description: Follow these instructions to install 32 bit PCFAX drivers on 64 bit architecture.

Details: The PCFAX driver supports both 32 and 64 bit architectures exclusively. This tip exceeds current driver specifications.

Procedure: Please see the attached pdf for the instructions.

Note:
You may have to do the following: install the x64 drivers locally on a windows 7 computer, then copy the files manually to the server, export the registry key from the Drivers version 3 leaf, and import it to the server. Or, install the drivers locally and not share out from a server.
