If printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader or Standard Edition causes all pages after the first page to print upside down do the following from within Adobe:

Document >  Rotate Pages... > Change the Direction to 180 degrees - select which pages to rotate and click OK.  You can also select to "Print as image" (File > Print > Advanced), but this may slow down the print job.
