Models:  MX2600N / 3100N / 4100N /4101N / 5001N

Symptom: When scanning get message ““#” Pages of original scanned. Send the scanned data?”

Cause: Original Count is enabled in Job Programs

Solution: Go into the web interface under Job Programs and edit the job program being used.  At the bottom uncheck the box for Original Count.
