Models: MX-FXX2 (Option for MX-2600N/MX-3100N MX-4100N/MX-4101N/MX5001N)
Symptom: The MX-FXX2 will send or receive only 1 page and then will not disconnect.
Cause: Using a 4 wire phone line. The fax option only uses a 2 wire line.
Solution: Use the 2 wire phone line that comes with the fax option to resolve this issue.
