Note:  You will need the IP address of your Sharp MFP.

This tutorial shows how to Set Up Inbound Fax Routing on MX series MFPs.  The Sharp MFP can be setup to route to one or more email destinations or a network folder.  The first generation of MX imagers forward the fax image as a TIFF.  The second generation forward the fax image as a TIFF or PDF. The MX imagers can be setup to forward all faxes to email/network folder or print them and forward them. This is done by choosing Print All or Print Error Only.

Note: The following models have a different web interface: MX-M350, MX-M450, MX-M550, MX-M620, MX-M700. It is set up similarly. Click Inbound Routing Settings on the web interface.
